THE EXCELLENT WAY TO BE A FAITHFUL BUILDER
1 Corinthians 3:10&15; Proverb 30:15&16; Mark 10:38

"According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. If any man's work shall be burnt, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire".  

                      1 Corinthians 3:10&15.

" The horse leach hath two daughters, crying, Give, give . There are three things that are never satisfied, yea, four things say not , It is enough: The grave; and the barren womb; the earth that is not filled with water; and the fire that saith not, It is enough".                                           Proverb 30:15-16.

"But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?".                                           Mark 10:38.

INTRODUCTION 

Give me a Christian worker of God, faithful builder, one person, whose faith is master builder of his mind, and I will right all wrongs, and bless the name of all mankind, dare to be faithful builder in His vineyard.

Give me a faithful builder worker of God- one person, whose tongue is touched with heaven's fire in prayer, and I will flame the darkest heart, with high resolve and clean desire for Church growth.

1.  SUPERNATURAL SERVICE WORKER.

The overriding need of the church for excellent faithful builder is that a worker determines to render supernatural service the church will always prospered. Supernatural service is not only a task but a price. But not all who aspire to be a faithful builder worker are willing to pay so exacting a price.

2. HUMBLE IN SERVICE 

The element of sovereignty that begets awe and a great humility in those to whom dare to be a worker in God's vineyard cannot be overemphasized. 

If then your Lord and Teacher have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another's feet.  John 13:3-5&14

·         Jesus demonstrated humility to His disciples to show how much He loved them.

·         Jesus foreshadow His self-sacrifice on the cross 

·         Jesus conveys the truth that He was calling His disciples to serve one another in humility.

They had committed humility into our hand and we need not to be a stumbling block to others if we really want to demonstrate a faithful builder worker at this end time.

3. OBEDIENCE IN MASTERS SERVICE 

The dynamic for consistent zealous service is that in obedience spiritual exaltation will make us more handymen. 

"He who has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves, Me and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father and I will love him and manifest Myself to him"        John 14:21&23.

Jesus could only manifest himself to the disciples who walked with in His earthly ministry.

The total complete obedience guarantees God’s ever abiding presence in the life of a worker that consciously wants to excel as a faithful builder in the vineyard. 

Obedience in service was demonstrated in the life of Moses, as a faithful builder; he built according to pattern revealed to him. The tabernacle was completed and the glory of the Lord covered it. Exodus 40:1-34.

4.  SACRIFICIAL PRESENTATION.

Since the God profound mercy to us in Christ, we should willingly offer our bodies to God as "living sacrifice” Romans 12:1.  God sacrificial presentation in terms of desire to live a holy  life and worship with a full devotion to God and desire to pursue passion for holiness and dead to sin, we must follow the

Jesus loves His church and gave himself to her. Ephesians 5:26.

A faithful builder worker cannot afford to give time and talent sacrificially. 

Jesus gave gifts to men. Ephesians 4:7-15. 

5. MORE THAN ENOUGH FRESH FIRE [ PROVERB 30:15-16]

The fact remains that only the resolute in prayer can reach the absolute. Prayer is the drawing near to God and the faithful builder worker can never grow beyond his freshness of constant prayer. 

BELOW ARE THE EIGHT LAWS OF PRAYER 

1. Law of Truth (Mal 2:5-6)

2. Law of Trust (Ps 37:5)

3. Law of Travail (Gal 4:19)

4. Law of Training (Rom 8:26)

5. Law of Thanksgiving (Ps 4:6; Ps 100:1-4)

6. Law of Time  (Dan 2:15-16)

7. Law of Tears ( Jn 11:35; Ps 126:5)

8. Law of Thirst ( Jn 7:37; Ps 63:1-2)

Faithful builder workers must determine to Pray without ceasing. (1 Thess5:17)

6. COST PRICE OF FAITHFUL BUILDER [ MARK 10:38]

No one need aspire to be a faithful builder in the of God who is not prepared to pay a price greater than his contemporaries and colleagues are willing to pay.

The true faithful builder worker always exacts a heavy toll on the whole man, and the more effective the worker is the higher the price to be paid.

·               Self- Sacrifice is part of the price that must be daily.

·               Death worketh in me, but life in you.

Spiritual power is the outpouring of spiritual life, and like all life, from that of the moss and lichen on the wall to that of the archangel before the throne, is from God. Therefore those who aspire to leadership must pay the price, seek it from God.

"He laid down his life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren” 1 John3:16.

CONCLUSION 

Necessities are laid on us as we Avoid Distractions, Avoid Deviating, Avoid Distortions, Avoid Disputes, Avoid Dilutions, Be Faithful, Be Firm, Be Fervent, Be Dependable, Be Diligent, Be Dedicated, Be Delightful and Be Determined. The collective efforts will result to Reconciliations, Restorations, Regenerations, Renewals, Refreshing and Rejoicing. Excellent faithful builder is characterized by laudable Attention, Achievement, Attractiveness and Appreciativeness.
